Are your scrubs 100% cotton?

Absolutely! Our scrubs are breathable, sturdy, and actually feel like clothes, not plastic. They soften over time, get that perfectly lived-in feel, and might shrink just a touch after the first wash (like all good cotton does). The colour may mellow slightly with age too, we like to think of it as scrubs developing a bit of character after a few rounds.

How do I wash them?

To reduce colour fading - cold wash, inside out, no bleach. Air drying is best however if you are short on time then you pop them in the dryer on low heat (high heat can cause shrinkage). 

How does the sizing run?

Our sizes run on the smaller side. If you’re between sizes or like a bit more room, we would suggest you size up. Tight scrubs are no one’s friend mid-shift.

What's your exchange and return policy?

We offer a 14 day window from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or report a faulty item.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email info@rainbowrounds.com.au within 14 days with your order number and a photo. Once confirmed, you can choose a replacement (if the stock is available) or a refund.

Exchanges for size

If your scrubs don’t fit quite right, you can swap them for a different size within 14 days.

They just need to be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. The size you want also needs to be in stock.

If the size you’re after isn’t available, I can’t offer a refund for incorrect sizing, but you’re welcome to choose another size or another style if it’s in stock.

If you’ve sized all the way down to our XS or all the way up to our XL and still can’t get a fit, that’s on me, not you. In those cases, I’m happy to offer a refund because we simply don’t yet offer a size that works for you.

Customers cover return postage for size exchanges.

How long until my new favourite scrubs arrive?

Processing Times
Orders ship from Brisbane. Processing is usually 1 to 3 business days, slightly longer during launches. You’ll get a tracking email once your parcel is on the move.

We ship Australia wide with Australia Post.
