Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are packed and shipped from Brisbane, QLD.
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days.
During launch periods or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship exclusively within Australia using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery windows:
• Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your parcel is scanned in.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is delivered to the wrong location, we cannot replace or refund the order.

If the parcel returns to us due to an address error or failed delivery, we can resend it, but reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Delivery times are estimates only. Once we hand your parcel to Australia Post, delays are outside our control.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at info@rainbowrounds.com.au and we will assist with an investigation.

Rainbow Rounds is not responsible for parcels marked delivered by Australia Post.

Preorders

If an item is a preorder, estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing preorder and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer:
• Exchanges for size within 14 days (unworn, unwashed, with tags, stock permitting)
• Refunds or replacements for faulty items

Please check our size chart before ordering. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
