Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14 day window from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or report a faulty item.

Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email info@rainbowrounds.com.au within 14 days with your order number and clear photos. If the fault is confirmed, you can choose a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges for size
If you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 14 days, as long as

• the item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags

• the size you want is still in stock

If the requested size is unavailable, we cannot offer a refund. You can choose another size or style if available.

Customers are responsible for return postage for size exchanges.

Non returnable items
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to start a return or exchange
Email info@rainbowrounds.com.au with your order number, what you’d like to exchange or report, and photos if the item is faulty. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

Refund timing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rainbowrounds.com.au.
