6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping estimates are guidelines only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once your parcel is handed to the carrier.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Our policy is simple:
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days at info@rainbowrounds.com.au with photos and your order number.
If the fault is confirmed, you can choose a refund or replacement.
Size Exchanges
You may request a size exchange within 14 days, provided:
• the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags
• the requested size is in stock
• you cover return postage
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items returned worn, washed, stained, or without original tags and packaging

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the site including images, graphics, branding, product designs and text is owned by Rainbow Rounds or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content without written permission.

We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, performance or policies.

10. Shopify Hosting
Our store is hosted by Shopify.
Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure but is not responsible for your purchases, refunds or disputes with Rainbow Rounds.
By using our site, you release Shopify from any liability relating to your transactions with us.
